Hi! I'm Beth, a personal trainer and nutrition coach who founded Moving and Breathing for women who want to build sustainable fitness habits that fit into their everyday lives.

My journey to becoming a personal trainer and nutrition coach started with my own search for healthy habits after years of struggling with unhealthy diet expectations and unrealistic exercise goals.
